At Sotherys, we create and deliver digital artworks, intuitive portraits, spiritual readings, and other downloadable or made-to-order digital services.
Because our products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed, our refund and return policy is adapted to digital goods and EU regulations.
No Returns or Refunds After Delivery
All items in our shop are digital products.
Once the file has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or work on a personalized commission has begun, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or returns.
This policy exists because digital files cannot be physically returned and are permanently accessible to the customer after delivery.
If you experience any issue with your order (missing files, corrupted download, wrong product received), please contact us and we will resolve it right away.
Order Issues (Missing or Incorrect Files)
Please contact us immediately if: your digital file is defective or corrupted, you received the wrong file, you did not receive your order via email.
We will re-send or correct the issue as fast as possible.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period (Digital Goods Exception)
Under EU consumer protection law, digital content normally includes a 14-day withdrawal period.
However, by downloading, accessing, or receiving the digital product, you expressly agree to waive the right to withdraw, as allowed under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
This means:
✔ You may request a refund before the digital file has been delivered or accessed.
❌ After delivery, refunds are not possible.
Commissioned & Personalized Artwork
Custom commissions, intuitive portraits, and personalized readings are non-refundable once work has started.
However, if there is an issue with the order (incorrect file, missing details, misunderstanding in specifications), we will gladly make adjustments.
Gift Cards & Sale Items
Digital gift cards and discounted digital items are non-refundable.
